It’s not always about talent. There are many talented singers actors…etc that flop no matter what they do. In order to make it you have to have some luck too. Umbrella was written and produced for Mary J Blige and then later for Britney Spears. Both turned the song down and Rihanna got the song. We wouldn’t even be talking about Rihanna today had it not been for Umbrella and she’ll most likely never get a hit song like that again. My point is it’s not always about if you’re talented or not.
