Coming from a lawyer, here is what I believed has happened…as you may or may not know, TI’s lawyers filed a motion to suppress…meaning they were challenging the evidence(all the guns in the truck and his crib) on 4th amendment search and seizure grounds. Now this hearing is sort of like a mini-trial, where the government has to show the defendants right were not violated. If a judge determines they were, the evidence would be suppressed, and in TI’s case that would mean a dismissal. Now the Feds most likely would have needed TI’s bodyguard to testify at this hearing. IMO, this guy has suddenly come down with amnesia or can not be found. If so, the Feds would be compelled to offer a sweet deal.
