That ben wallace trade made right before the deadline was just to show Lebron they were makin sum kinda effort.They need to do like the Lakers did and get Lebron sum young talent like with Bynum and go out and get solid experienced talent that can actually create shots for themselves and take sum pressure off LBJ like with Odom and Gasol. The championship-caliber formula is having your main star who is gonna get you your constant 30 pts, 6-7 assists, and 7-10 rebounds a game like LBJ, KB24, T-mac, etc. And you gotta have your 2nd-tier players who can also create shots on their own and get you that extra 18-22 pts like a Lamar Odom, Rip Hamilton, Josh Howard, etc. And your role players and bench players to give you an occasional boost when your best players have an off stretch. Lebron doesnt have that. Its just a mega superstar and a bunch of John Salleys runnin around. and granted his role players are decent He need that solid 2nd-tier player to allow them to play more to their strengths and make the team better as whole.
